Shipping policy

We ship our carefully packaged parcels worldwide! Parcels head out the door every weekday via Canada Post. Because we create and prepare your yarn carefully, please allow up to 14 days for your order to ship. If the yarn you ordered is already prepared and sitting on our shelves, it will head out the door the very next business day!

Peace of mind is important to us. All orders ship with a tracking number sent straight to your email the moment your label is printed.
