Welcome to Alice Alishka Yarn Co. By browsing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
Hand-Dyed Yarn & Dye Lots
Due to the artisanal nature of hand-dyed yarn, skeins are unique and will vary. Images on our website are photographed to represent colours as accurately as possible, but screen displays vary. We cannot guarantee that the yarn you receive will perfectly match your screen or be identical to another skein. We highly recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project at one time to ensure matching dye lots.
Orders, Pre-Orders, & Cancellations
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or refuse any order at our discretion. Items marked as pre-order or dyed-to-order are charged at checkout. Ship dates provided are estimates, though we always do our best to hit them. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of purchasing. Once an order has entered our shipping or winding process, it cannot be changed.
Accuracy of Pricing & Information
We do our best to ensure all prices, descriptions, and stock levels are correct. In the rare event of a typographical error or inventory glitch, we reserve the right to cancel any incorrect orders and will issue a full refund immediately.
